  • You want to heal after an affair or significant betrayal but you’re not even sure if it’s possible.

Individuals

  • You constantly lose yourself in relationships and end up staying longer than you should.

  • You struggle holding onto something good, and find yourself sabotaging the very thing you’ve always wanted.

  • You’re finally ready to leave a toxic relationship or marriage, but something’s holding you back.

Sex Therapy

About Cebriaya

Approach

I believe emotions are at the heart of meaningful connection. Whether your relationship feels overwhelmed by intense emotions or lacks the emotional closeness needed to feel connected, I work collaboratively with couples and individuals to reconnect to the person or things they love the most. Through research-based interventions, such as Gottman & Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), compassionate guidance, and practical strategies, I help partners strengthen their bond and create lasting, positive change. My philosophy is rooted in the idea that healing happens in connection, and that every relationship has the capacity to grow stronger with the right support. My job is not to be a referee or choose which partner is right, but instead to teach you the skills needed to have conversations that help both/all partners feel heard in order to create emotional safety that shows up beyond the therapy room.
